About the Event
Mark your diaries, block out the beach house or book your favourite down south digs and tell your friends, I'll be opening up my home and studio again this year for Margaret River's premier art festival - Open studios. In 2024, the event runs from 7 to 22 September and I'll be open most days, and I'll also be hosting a couple of beginnger's watercolour workshops this year (make sure you check them out: Create your First Masterpiece.
For those who've never visited, Margaret River Region Open Studioes is a great way to meet artists and art lovers from near and far who converge on the region for a few weeks to enjoy all forms of visual arts in the homes of their creators! With around 140 artists in this 2024 edition, you're bound to experience all types of art from painting to ceramics, from jewellery making to scupture. It really is an incredible showcase of the southwest's talents!
