It’s that time again folks!
Between Saturday 27 April and Sunday 12 May 2019, for only the second time in my life, I’ll be showing my paintings and photography in public. Here’s what I’ve been up to since Open Studios 2018.
Building on the success of my ballerina watercolours, I’ve created a whole new series of paintings inspired by the strengh and elegance of the Art of Ballet. There are plenty more on my Dancers page and some extras that haven’t been photographed yet…. you’ll have to visit me during Open Studios to see them for the first time!
If you follow me on facebook, you might have noticed I’ve enjoyed capturing some of our Margaret River musicians and swing dancers on camera and these local talents have provided much inspiration for my paintings over the last year.
Together with a more stylised approach, using new (to me!) materials and techniques, I’ve tried to create a diverse array of artwork for your viewing pleasure!
I’d love to see you with your favourite friends and family for a chat, a cuppa and a home made treat!
